What Is Your Return Policy?

Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions of this Return Policy.

• In resalable condition

Products that have been opened, used, altered, partially consumed, or otherwise removed from their original condition may not qualify for return.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is the result of an error by Buitrago Cigars, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Examples may include:

• You received the incorrect item.

• You received an eligible defective product.

• Your product arrived damaged.

For returns that are not the result of an error by Buitrago Cigars, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

What If My Product Arrived Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of:

• The damaged product

• Product packaging

• Shipping box

• Packing materials

• Shipping label

Please do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping box until your claim has been reviewed.

This information can help us determine whether the issue occurred during fulfillment, manufacturing, or transportation.

What If I Received the Wrong Product?

If you received a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team before opening or using the item.

We may request photographs to verify the product received.

If we confirm that the incorrect product was shipped as a result of our error, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue and cover applicable return shipping costs.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once an eligible return is received and approved, your refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

You should allow up to approximately four weeks from the time you give the return package to the carrier for the complete return and refund process, although many refunds are completed sooner.

This timeframe may include:

• 5–10 business days for the return package to reach us

• 3–5 business days for us to receive, inspect, and process the return

• 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund

Actual processing times may vary depending on the carrier and your financial institution.

Are Original Shipping Charges Refunded?

Original shipping charges are not automatically refundable.

If the return results from an error by Buitrago Cigars, applicable shipping charges may be addressed as part of the approved return.

For voluntary returns or returns unrelated to an error by Buitrago Cigars, original and return shipping costs may remain the customer's responsibility.

Can I Return an Opened Product?

Generally, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Due to the nature of tobacco, nicotine, and other regulated or consumable products, we cannot generally accept merchandise that has been opened, used, partially consumed, or is no longer in its original condition.

Please verify your order before opening products if you believe you received an incorrect item.

Can I Return an Item After 15 Days?

Return requests should be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Requests received after the return period may not be eligible for a refund or return.

Store Credit

Depending on the circumstances, Buitrago Cigars may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.
