What Are Buitrago Cigars' Hours of Operation?
Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for customers to browse products and place orders.
Our customer service and order processing teams operate during the following regular business hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Holidays: Closed on most major holidays
Can I Place an Order After Business Hours?
Yes! You can shop and place orders anytime at BuitragoCigars.com, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
However, orders placed outside our regular business hours will generally begin processing on the next available business day.
Please keep this in mind when calculating order processing and estimated shipping times.
Are Weekends Considered Business Days?
No. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for our normal order processing and customer service timelines.
For example, an order placed late Friday or during the weekend may not begin processing until Monday or the next available business day.
