Can I Get a Refund for Items Not Delivered or Unavailable?
Yes. If an item from your order cannot be fulfilled, is no longer available, or was not included in your shipment, you are eligible for a refund for the affected item.
Items That Become Unavailable
Although we work hard to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. This can happen because of an inventory discrepancy, a product or flavor being discontinued by the manufacturer, a backorder, or an unexpected supply issue.
If we are unable to fulfill an item from your order, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.
Missing an Item From Your Delivery?
If your package was delivered but an item from your order is missing, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details about the missing item so we can review the order and assist you.
Please do not submit a standard merchandise return for an item you never received.
