Shipping Policy
- 1We are not accepting returns on any merchandise due to Covid-19 (Temporary to ensure our safety and yours)
- 1Free shipping applies to orders of $199 or more. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping at $199 (Please refer to the wholesale section for further details.)
- 1Shipping prices are displayed at view cart page or during checkout.
- 1You will receive a tracking number via email once order is shipped.
- 1Please allow 48-72 hours for processing and verification.
- 1Age will be verified upon delivery by carrier.
- 1Driver license or proof of legal age must be provided upon delivery.
- 1Estimated times of arrival start once the order is shipped and picked up by carrier.
- 1We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
- 1Orders to PO BOX will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- 1Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground.
- 1Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- 1Please be aware we can only ship lighters via UPS Ground and they will not be gas filled the client is responsible for filling them with proper lighter gas .
- 1We do not ship to Montana.

- 1Shipping upgrades are only available for phone orders.
